pick-up

Pick-up service is available from the Seven-Eleven parking lot near the Mt.Fuji Yamanakako bus stop and the Mt.Fuji Station parking lot. Please contact us if you are coming by highway bus or train. In winter, there is a possibility of road surface freezing and snow accumulation on expressways and general roads. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or regarding accommodation, access, and transportation.

Before check-in: 16:00, 16:15, 16:30, 16:45, 17:00 After check-out: 10:15 (*Only one service) ※Please be sure to make a reservation in advance if you wish to be picked up or dropped off. ※We reserve the right to refuse applications as soon as we reach capacity. Please understand.

We will guide you to the pick-up location from Mt.Fuji Yamanakako (Hotel Mount Fuji entrance) bus stop.

Pick up service is from the Mt.Fuji Station Park & Ride parking lot at Mt.Fuji Station (former Fujiyoshida Station). Will show you how to get to the parking lot

Free parking is available on site. There are about 20 parking spaces. You can use up to 2 cars per stay in one building. *Please contact us in advance if you are coming with more than 3 cars per building. *Two EV charging spots are also available.
