Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel?
The cancellation fee will be vary by the number of days pior the booking date. Here is the current cancellation policy. No-show: 100% From the day of stay to 3 days before: 100% 4 days to 7 days before the date of stay: 50% 8 days to 14 days before the date of stay: 20% *The cancellation policy at the time of application will be applied. Depending on the plan, the cancellation policy may vary. Please refer the cancellation policy at the time of application for details. We provide the tickets for customers who have received a cancellation fee to use nex time of their stay. In the event of severe weather conditions due to natural disasters such as typhoons, if we determine that our facility is in danger, we may need to cancel your accommodation. In such cases, we will not charge any cancellation fees. However, in the event that the guest decides on his/her own to cancel, cancellation fees will be charged as per the normal regulations.

Until when can I make a reservation?

Can minors stay alone?
You can stay if you have a parental consent form. If guests under the age of 18 are staying without a parent, we will ask the parent to complete a consent form. Submit it to the front desk when you check in on the day. Guests must be under the age of 18 at check-in. A consent form is required if you turn 18 during your stay. Download the consent form here.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 22:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Check-in can be made after the scheduled check-in time at the time of reservation, as long as it is within the time frame. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. Please call us to make a reservation. Early check-in time: 16:00 (JPY 3,300/building) Late check-out: 11:00 (JPY 3,300 /building) *Limited to the first 3 groups per day We do not provide transportation for early check-in and late check-out, so please make your own arrangements. Is it okay to check in earlier (or later) than the time of reservation?
If you happen to arrive early, we offer an optional early check-in service for your convenience. Alternatively, you're welcome to wait in our parking lot. kindly give us a call to make arrangements. Early check-in: 16:00 (JPY 3,300 per building) Late check-out: 11:00 (JPY 3,300 per building) *Limited to the first 3 groups per day. Please reach out to us promptly. If you check-in later than initially scheduled at the time of reservation, that's not a problem, as long as it falls within our reception hours, which are from 17:00 to 22:00. Since our front desk is staffed until 22:00, we kindly request that you contact us in advance if you anticipate checking in after 22:00.

Is there a parking lot?
Parking is available for free for hotel guests. The customer can park up to 2 cars per reservation for one building. Please contact us in advance if you are coming with more than 3 cars. Contact Us
Is it possible to use it for a day trip?
We only accept hotel guests. We are not available for the day-trip guests.
Can I stay with a wheelchair?
We have one room with a sloped entrance for wheelchair users. The washrooms in the accommodation building are not wheelchair-accessible; however, there is a multipurpose toilet in the shared washroom across from the room. In addition, the glamping building is made with the assumption that there will be people who need assistance. The actual size of the entrance door is 750 cm, and the step between each door is about 4 cm to 8 cm.
Can you accommodate medium and large dogs?
The maximum weight of dogs that can accommodate is 40 kg. Due to the gauges installed, the dogs that can stay at one time are as follow: Large dog: up to 1 dog Small to medium sized dogs: up to 2 dogs
Are there any precautions when staying with pets?
There are the following stay conditions and precautions for your stay. We requests our customers to agree to with the following precautions at check-in. In addition, please bring various vaccination certificates (copies or photos are acceptable) at the time of your stay. In order to provide comfortable enviroment for those who do not bring pets, we appreciate the understanding and cooperation. ◆ Conditions of stay 1. Domesticated large, medium, or small dogs weighing 40 kg or less 2. Have been vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (5 or more mixed vaccines), and have been vaccinated for more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year 3. Over 6 months old 4. Completion of dog registration at the public health center 5. The minimum amount of training has completed, and there is no unnecessary barking, jumping, and destroying facilities. 6. In the unlikely event that your pet excretes on the premises, can be cleaned up by owner in a sanitary manner. 7. Have been treated for fleas and ticks 8. Not in heat (menstruation) and not pregnant ◆ Precautions 1. Bring your usual leash, collar, pet food, brushes and specialty bedding 2. Ensure to wipe your pet's paws before entering the room. 3. If you leave your pet alone in the room and go out,be sure to put the dog in the indoor dog cage. 4. Dogs are not allowed in public spaces 5. Please be careful not to damage the building, furniture, fixtures, equipment, etc., and if there is damage or damage, please compensate for the damage. 6. If a third party suffers damage by the accompanying pet, the owner is obligated to compensate to the third party for the damage. If there is a false statement in the application, or if the guest or companion dog violates the above during their stay and causes significant inconvenience, danger, or accident to other guests, we may refuse to stay. I cannot vaccinate my dog for health reasons. Can I waive it if I have a certificate of postponement of vaccination?
If you have not been vaccinated against rabies, we are not able to accommodate you for for any reason. However, for viral infectious diseases (mixed vaccine of 5 or more types), you can stay by presenting a proof of vaccination postponement. The rabies vaccine is for the safety of other customers and staff. In consideration of all, vaccination is mandatory. Thank you for your understanding. Dogs must be vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (mixed vaccine of 5 or more types), and must be more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year old. Can I smoke?
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor space in each accommodation building. Smoking is not allowed in the room. Please be sure to smoke in the designated area.
Is a microwave provided in the rooms?
We provide an in-room microwave exclusively in our Suite rooms. Please note that Deluxe rooms and Pet Deluxe rooms do not come equipped with a microwave. However, each dining area in these rooms is equipped with a large BBQ grill, providing you with the option to warm your meals using this facility.
Do you provide ice?
Yes, we have ice available. Each building has a large refrigerator in the dining area, and ice is provided by the ice machine in the refrigerator. If you need more, please ask at the front desk.

What drinks are available for free in the refrigerator?
One bottle of each type is available for each person. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Additionally, your room is equipped with a refrigerator stocked with a selection of drinks, which includes locally produced craft beer and wine from Lake Yamanaka, available for purchase. Feel free to use the BBQ grill in the dining room for cooking, so you can bring along your favorite foods. There is no fee for bringing your own food. *Please avoid cooking over the campfire for safety reasons.
Can you pick me up?
Yes. Free pick-up and drop-off service is available by advance reservation from the Seven-Eleven parking lot near the bus stop at Yamanakako bus stop and the parking lot at Fujiyama Station. Please check the access page for details. Pick-up and drop-off times are as follows. Before check-in: 16:00, 16:15, 16:30, 16:45, 17:00 After check-out: 10:15 (※Only one service) ※Please make your own arrangements as we do not provide transportation, in case of early check-in and late check-out. Do you have silent time?
Silent time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be quiet so that everyone can spend a comfortable time.
Is it possible to accommodate allergies?
Since it is difficult for our facility to respond flexibly to all people's allergies, Please note we do not respond to food allergies, giving top priority to the safety of our customers. We apologize for inconvenience.
Can I use the bonfire, BBQ, bath and sauna even when it rains?
The fire will be difficult to use if it rains due to the lack of a roof. To ensure that you can enjoy glamping even when it rains, we have prepared Jenga and UNO inside the dome tents. Please enjoy them in your room. BBQ can be used without problems even when it rains because the eating area is indoors. The dining area is air-conditioned, so you can spend your time comfortably even on days when the temperature varies between cold and hot. The bath is equipped with a retractable roof. When it rains, please use the bath with the retractable roof. If the entrance of the tent sauna is closed, the rain will not enter. Please enjoy the sauna even when it rains.
I will be staying in a room with a sauna, is there anything I should bring?
It is a private sauna with a room, so you can use it without any hesitation even if you are nude. However, if you bring your swimsuit, you can enhance your experience by capturing the moments through photo, or joing in with your members with men and women. You can rent Sauna hats and sauna ponchos by QR code from your room. Sauna hats are free of charge. It protects your scalp and hair from the heat and keep your face cool. Sauna ponchos cost 440 yen each. It is for taking an air bath after the sauna, but you can wear it in sauna. The ponchos are free of size, for both men and women.

If you think you may have left something behind,
please confirm your room number and the name under which the reservation was made, and contact us. Depending on the time, your room may not have been cleaned yet, so your lost item might not have been found immediately. At that moment please gave us some time to check.
