Reservation Modification and Cancellation Policies

1. Administrative Fees

No administrative fee will be charged if you complete the modification or cancellation process yourself through our official website's reservation system.

An administrative fee will only apply if you request the following changes or cancellations through means other than our official reservation system, such as by phone, LINE, email, or inquiry forms.

■ Cases where an administrative fee applies

This fee applies to "cancellations" or "modifications that reduce the total reservation cost" requested via phone, LINE, email, etc.

• Full cancellation of the reservation
• Partial cancellation (reducing the number of nights, rooms, or guests)
• Changes to the accommodation plan or room type (if the change results in a lower total cost)

Fee 1,100 JPY (tax included) per request

■ Cases where the administrative fee is WAIVED (Free)

No fee will be charged in the following cases:

• When you complete the modification or cancellation yourself through our official reservation system.
• When changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of the reservation being confirmed.
• Modifications that "increase" the total reservation cost (e.g., extending the stay, adding guests, or changing to a plan/room type that increases the total amount).

■ Important Notes

• You may change your stay dates up to a maximum of 3 times.

2. Cancellations After Modifying a Reservation

If you modify your dates or room type after entering the cancellation fee period, and ultimately cancel your stay, cancellation fees will be charged based on the following rules:

■ Calculating the Cancellation Fee

• Applicable Cancellation Fee Rate:
  Even if your newly modified dates fall within a "free cancellation period," the cancellation fee rate from your original (pre-modification) stay dates will still apply.
• Applicable Reservation Amount:
  If the accommodation cost changed due to the modification, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the higher amount between the "pre-modification" and "post-modification" prices.

■ Important Note (Regarding Plan Changes)

We cannot accept changes to the "accommodation plan only" once you have entered the cancellation fee period. If you wish to change your plan, please cancel your current reservation (standard cancellation fees will apply) and make a new reservation with your desired plan.
