Yamanashi Wine: A Must-Try When Visiting Yamanashi
Yamanashi is known as the birthplace of Japanese wine.
Winemaking began in Kofu in 1870, and its history has been passed down for more than 150 years.
With long hours of sunshine, significant temperature differences between day and night, and well-drained soil, the Kofu Basin is ideally suited to grape growing.
Yamanashi's signature grape is Koshu, a variety indigenous to Japan.
Koshu wine is known for its crisp, delicate flavor and pairs well with a wide range of dishes.
When visiting Yamanashi, enjoy locally produced wine alongside the region's cuisine.

Around 40 Wines from Yamanashi and Around the World
We offer around 40 wines, including Yamanashi wines, reds, whites, rosés, orange wines, sparkling wines, and Champagne.
Red and white wines start at ¥2,980, while sparkling wines start at ¥3,630.
A photo wine list is available in the dining area of every accommodation.
The list includes tasting notes and food pairing suggestions, making it easy to find a wine that suits your preferences, even if you are new to wine.
Recommended Wines for Your Glamping Dinner
For dinner, each accommodation can choose either the meat menu or the fish menu. Here are our recommended wines to pair with each menu.
Red Wine for the Meat Menu
Monteguelfo Chianti Classico
This red wine from Tuscany, Italy, pairs well with the full meat menu.
If you are unsure which wine to choose, start with the classic pairing of red wine with meat.

Orange Wine for the Fish Menu
Curious Type-OR
For the fish menu, we recommend an orange wine from Yamanashi. Enjoy its distinctive flavor, which offers something different from white wine, alongside the fish dishes.

Yamanashi Wine with Optional Dishes
If you would like to add another dish to your glamping dinner, we also recommend pairing our optional dishes with Yamanashi wine.
Koshu Wine Trout Carpaccio × Château Mercian Iwasaki Koshu
The crisp white wine Château Mercian Iwasaki Koshu pairs well with the light, refreshing flavors of the Koshu Wine Trout Carpaccio.
Enjoy a pairing of ingredients and wine unique to Yamanashi.

100% Japanese Horse Sashimi × Château Katsunuma Late Harvest Muscat Bailey A
Horse sashimi is often associated with Kyushu, but Yamanashi also has a long tradition of eating horse meat.
Château Katsunuma Late Harvest Muscat Bailey A is a fruity red wine from Yamanashi. Paired with horse sashimi, it offers a slightly unexpected combination unique to the region.
